Mabel, the second daughter of Emile and Esther, was born in Montgomery, Vermont. She attended school at the Grand Ligne Mission. She married Henry Perrier in 1906. They had four children: Gordon, Earl, Eleanor, and Marjorie

Mabel had more than her share of sorrow. She lost three of her four children from heart problems, all between the ages of 16 and 20. Her husband was killed at his place of work the same year her youngest child died. Her son, Earl became the only surviving child.

In 1925, she married Charlie Provisor. Besides Montgomery, she lived in Canada as well as Randolph and Newport, Vermont. Charlie worked as a farmer and also did carpenter work. He died December 14, 1943. Mabel died on December 28, 1986 at the age of 98. She is buried in Newport, Vermont at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
