Buried:        Together in Montgomery Center, VermontHarold married Beatrice Shangraw on June 29, 1912. They had a 
farm on the Hazen Notch Road in Montgomery Center. Harold and Beatrice
had five children: Geraldine Esther, born February 10, 1913; Edith May, born October 31, 1914;
Emile Willis, born December 10, 1919; Hazel Anna, born May 14, 1921; Ruth, born November 29, 1928. When he was a middle age man, he was very badly injured by a bull. This injury
forced him to give up the heavy work of the farm. He then sold household products
for a few years. Later, they moved to Brockton, Massachusetts. He worked there
many years as a house painter. They spent many winters at their Winter home in Tampa, Florida.
Harold and Beatrice were members of the Nazarene Church in Brockton. Harold died
at the age of 92 at the Quincy City Hospital. Beatrice lived to be 103 years old.
She died in Wollaston, Massachusetts. They are both buried in Montgomery Center,
Vermont.
