Robert Rossier, the eldest son, was a member of the Vermont Highway Patrol when motorcycles were in use. He lived and worked in the Bellow Falls, Vermont area. In 1935, shortly after he married Crystal he was forced off the road by a car as he was on his way home. The motorcycle went over a steep drop-off. He landed on some rocks killing him instantly. He was 25 years old. He is buried in the Coventry, Vermont cemetery. Crystal (or Chrystal) never married again. She died in Derby Line, Vermont, January 25, 2003 and was buried in Coventry with Robert.
