Roger and Barbara live in Santa Ana, California. Roger is a retired college professor, Barbara is a Psychologist. They operate a private school for people needing special education who are handicapped emotionally or mentally. They also arrange travel tours for groups and have been on many tours throughout the world. Barbara provided the Rossier coat of arms that is found on every page.

Barbara was actively involved with the University of Southern California. She served on the Board of Governors for the General Alumni Association and was co-chair of the Orange County Planning and Development Council. She received an Alumni Service Award for outstanding service to the University.
